Free Standard Delivery
We offer FREE postage to all UK addresses. Most items are sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class Recorded Delivery and will require a signature upon arrival.
Next‑Day Delivery Upgrade
If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm for an additional £9.00 at checkout.
High‑Value Orders
For added security, higher‑value purchases are automatically shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery at no extra cost to you.
Dispatch Times
● Orders placed before 3pm, Monday–Thursday: Dispatched the same day (if the item is in stock).
● Orders placed after 3pm Thursday through to 3pm Monday: Dispatched on Monday (if the item is in stock).
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been posted.
Out‑of‑Stock Items & Backorders
If an item is out of stock, you are welcome to contact us for an estimated delivery date.
You may still place your order, we will keep the item on backorder and dispatch it as soon as it becomes available.
Delivery times for backordered items depend on manufacturing schedules and the volume of existing orders.
International Delivery
We currently ship outside the UK to Ireland only.
This service carries an additional £10.00 charge and is sent via Royal Mail International Delivery.
Collection
We do not offer a pick‑up or in‑store collection service at this time.
